Had a great experience! I needed my door handle replaced and he was able to get me on the schedule the very next day. Super professional, fast, and did quality work. The price was very fair. Highly recommend if you need a reliable mobile mechanic!

I am so grateful for the great service and honesty the Manuel at BV Auto provided to me in Louisville. He installed a new battery, tested the electrical system and then was able to pin point tge rooot cause of the issue…a bad alternator. Manuel was able able to remove and replace the alternator at a very reasonable price. Now car runs great and I am so glad to have found BV Auto! Thank you Manuel!!!

I had a great experience with this mobile mechanic. He came to my home, communicated clearly the entire time, and quickly identified the issue with my car. He even showed me exactly what the problem was and explained the solution in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely honest and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. If I ever need help again, I will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!

I called believing my alternator needed replacing. We communicated through text. Manuel advised he would buy the part and meet me on the time and date we agreed on. He showed up on time and said before he changed my alternator he wanted to check to make sure that was the issue. Low and behold it was not I needed to replace my new battery manufacturers date was 7/24 meaning it sat on store shelves for a while. He also changed my terminal connector. He advised to get my battery exchanged for a newer made one and get a new terminal. Which saved me a ton of money! I appreciate his honesty, knowledge, and kindness in the world we live in today. I highly recommend Manuel and for sure am keeping him as my mechanic for my whole family!! Thank you again for coming out and proving there are honest folks out here helping one another!! 🙏🏽 Be blessed! Linda

Manuel (the owner) was awesome! He arrived quickly and replaced my battery in no time…no small thing as BMW’s are tricky to work on. I cannot recommend this company enough! I am thrilled to have found a local mechanic that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and fair in terms of cost. What a blessing!

Amazing! I sent a text this morning and within minutes, had a reply + a visit setup to change my car battery. Emanuel is the nicest, most professional guy! He had everything sorted the same day and charged a very fair price. 100% will use him anytime I have car issues. He’s the best! :)

I had done. Basically all of my motor mount only needed one bolt to get in. He came help me with the bolt charged me A really fair price was super dope in general. Would definitely recommend him extremely fast and reliable and well priced. And that’s coming from someone who would rather not pay anybody, and just do stuff his own.

Always skeptical with new mechanics based on past experience and as a female. However I could not get my car to start once the temp dropped. No shops had openings so I decided to reach out as Manuel had nothing but exceptional reviews. I called/messaged on a Tuesday evening and he was able to come Wednesday morning. He was very polite and took the time to properly diagnose the issue. Luckily it was a simple and cheaper fix than I was expecting. My ignition switch. I appreciate Manuel’s honesty and his ability to get me back on the road. Will definitely be using him in the future and have already referred him to family and friends.

I was looking to buy a car in Louisville and reached out to Manuel at BV Auto. He was quick to respond and willing to help do a car inspection. His inspection was detailed and thorough. What I really loved about his operation was the outstanding communication he maintained with me. I was remote and he helped me to feel like I was right there during the inspection He provided plenty of photos and addressed all of the specific concerns about this car. His price for the inspection was very competitive. I would highly recommend his service to anyone in the area!
